When people meet me for the first time, they have no idea of the painful journey I’ve been through. They don’t know I am a widow. They don’t know I am bringing up my boys alone. They don’t know what other traumas I’ve experienced.
They just know they’re meeting a happy, contented woman. And I’ve always been this way.
When my husband was sick, and after he died, my friends and family said to me, “Lois, you’re doing so well! How do you do it? How do you cope?” It’s a question I’ve been asked over and over.
I certainly feel just as much pain, anger and hurt as everybody else but I have developed strategies and attitudes that get me through.
With so many people turning to me for help and advice about their own situations, I realised I was on to something special. I have a gift for looking forward, not back.
And that has led me to where I am today – mentoring and coaching people to create their own best lives. To developing their own personal strategies. Working on their own attitudes.
When you want to change your life, having an independent cheerleader in the corner makes a lot of sense. Friends and family often mean well but their opinions and advice are not always objective.
I am able to talk through your situation to find out why you’re stuck. Why you can’t move on. Why you’re in a rut.
We’ll get to the core of who you are. Of what makes you happy. Of where you want to be. And we’ll work out how to get you there.
This is my life’s passion.
So, take that first step!
If you want help to move forward in your life, reach out and contact me. Remember, if you want a new life you have to act differently, and to act differently you need to break old patterns of thought and behavior. Contact me and together we can start to create the happy, fulfilled life you truly deserve.
“This training has been the first thing that has actually worked for me. It’s so practical and real. I can easily understand what I’ve been doing wrong and then start the steps to get back on the right track. You have a gift, Lois!! Thanks for using it to help others who are hurting.”
“For several years after my loss, well-meaning doctors, counselors, family and friends would tell me I needed to move on, get my life back again. Well, I knew that and I wanted that but no one was helping me with how to do that!!!
Lois’s training was exactly what I needed. Her techniques and step-by-step, easy-to-understand instructions brought me amazing results. Now, I have the ability to move forward with my life and change the things I want to change.”
